Groupthink supports integration with popular support helpdesk software Help Scout
Connecting to Help Scout
- Go to AI Coworkers https://agendas.groupthink.com/assistants
- Click "Onboard Coworker" and you'll be taken to the Coworker onboarding wizard https://agendas.groupthink.com/assistants/new/onboarding/introduction
- Click "Continue"
- Scroll down to the template named "Help Desk Assistant" and click "Select" and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Continue"
- You'll see a screen titled "Grant Access to Your Systems"
- Select "Connect to Help Scout" and you will be prompted to sign in to Help Scout
- Sign into Help Scout and complete the connection dialogue by clicking the "Authorize" button
- You'll be re-directed to Groupthink
- Check the box to the right of Help Scout to confirm the connection
- If you have other pre-existing connections like Google Calendar they will show up as an option, but you can ignore them and click "Continue"
- Help Scout has now been added as a Monitor for your new Groupthink AI Coworker
- Click "Finish" to start setting up your new AI Coworker with responsibilities so they can start completing tasks!

Disconnecting Help Scout
- Go to User Settings
- Go to the "Connections & Integrations" tab https://agendas.groupthink.com/settings#connections
- Click on Help Scout
- In the upper right hand corner click "Delete..." and then click "Remove Connection" to confirm you want to disconnect Help Scout
- If you decide to re-add it again later, simply go through the steps above
