Manage Agenda Contribution Reminders

Agenda contribution reminders are a great way to engage with your team and ensure everyone is prepared for the meeting. They are automatically enabled for all users in Groupthink, but you can choose to disable them if you prefer not to receive them. Here's how to manage receiving agenda reminders in Groupthink:

Managing Receipt of Agenda Reminders

  1. Login to Groupthink and click "User Settings" in the navigation panel on the left side of the screen.
  2. Click on "Notifications" in the tab panel.
  3. Under "Meeting Contribution Reminders", toggle the switch to choose to receive or stop receiving reminders for upcoming meetings.
