User Settings

The User Settings page lets you manage your account, calendar connections, notifications, and meeting preferences. Access it by clicking your profile icon and selecting Settings, or navigate directly to app.groupthink.com/settings.

Settings Sections

Profile

Update your display name and profile photo. Your name appears in meeting transcripts and to other participants.

Calendar

Connect or manage your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar integration. This is required for Groupthink to automatically join your meetings.

Notifications

Configure how and when you receive notifications about meetings, summaries, and action items.

Meeting Preferences

Control default meeting behavior:

  • Auto-join: Whether Groupthink automatically joins all calendar meetings

  • Recording mode: Default to bot recording or private desktop recording

  • Summary delivery: Choose how meeting summaries are delivered (email, in-app, or both)

  • Deep link: app.groupthink.com/settings#meetings

Integrations

Manage connections to Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other services.

Billing

View your current plan, update payment information, or change your subscription.

You can link directly to any settings section by appending a hash to the URL:
