Groupthink can now save even more of your calendars from meeting madness: Our Microsoft Outlook integration is live. Together with our Google Calendar integration, Groupthink supports just about everyone scheduling meetings using a calendar.

If you use Office 365 or its equivalent for students and enterprise, you can now connect to Groupthink and get instantly generated agendas and notes for your conferences in Microsoft Teams.

Check out how to integrate your Microsoft Outlook calendar to Groupthink now.

Why Connect a Calendar?

Connecting your calendar helps you save time on meeting preparation, run-of-show, and how to handle next steps. With our calendar integration, the right individuals stay informed about what’s happening, without you needing to do any extra work. With Groupthink, you also get:

  • Automatic Agendas & Notes: Access meeting agendas and notes instantly from all your meetings.
  • No More Meeting FOMO: Groupthink’s Meeting Feed keeps you in the loop, whether you’re attending a meeting or not.
  • Efficient Preparation: Review and prepare for meetings with our Calendar and Agenda tabs.
  • Task Management: Easily prioritize with a consolidated checklist of all to-dos across your meetings.

Groupthink Works with Teams, Zoom & Meet

We’ve all had a call with a vendor, partner, or outside collaborator who uses a different conferencing suite than we do. If you’re primarily operating in Microsoft Teams but taking calls on Zoom or Google meet, Groupthink can still join your meeting and take amazing notes.

To make sure Groupthink is included, click on any meeting that says “No Agenda” inside the Groupthink interface’s calendar, and Groupthink will make sure to join that meeting. Then simply ask the host to admit the Groupthink assistant when it requests access to the meeting.
