Today, OpenAI is live-streaming their announcement of ChatGPT Agent which is an important advance in the product space adjacent to Groupthink. As CEO and product leader, it’s important for me to keep tabs on what’s going on with these product updates and as a daily multi-hour user of ChatGPT I am super excited to utilize these new features.
While listening to the live stream, I launched the Groupthink desktop app and started a new note to take transcription and summarized notes (automated) and also overlay my own thoughts to share with the team internally so we can discuss and share.
This isn’t the use-case Groupthink was built for, but it’s still an awesome one and now I’m wondering what other YouTube videos I can do this with to increase my learning and collaboration.
And after the stream ends, you will get a recap summarizing the key points and be able to use Groupthink chat to introspect on the content of the transcript with questions and prompts.
This is what the recap looks like, for those who may have missed it and not have time to watch the 25 minute video right now:
And in the bottom right of the Groupthink UI there is a “ask AI about this agenda” where you can prompt just like you would in ChatGPT and the LLM’s context window is pre-loaded with all the content of the meeting. So I can do something like “what are some key use cases for this new technology being introduced today?”
