Tell Groupthink what happened, off the calendar
Log the conversations nothing can capture on its own. Type one sentence into the capture box at the top of the sidebar and Groupthink works out who it is about, or use Log interaction on a person for the full form: everyone who was there, a title on its own when that is the whole story, whether it happened in person, by phone, text or email, and notes in any format. An interaction can now span several days, so a friend staying the week or a trip you took together records as the days it covered and counts as contact through the last one. Move something you did not get to
An item whose time has passed now offers Tomorrow, This weekend, Next week, or a time you pick, on Today and on any past day you look back at. It keeps the time of day and the length, tells you whether the new slot is free, and writes the change to your real Google or Outlook calendar. A block of your own moves in one tap. An event with guests stops at a confirm naming who gets emailed, and the confirmation offers an Undo. Guide at /docs/move_an_event.
Your open times, one click from anywhere
The New menu at the top of the sidebar now has Copy my open times. One click puts your next week of free time on the clipboard as paste-able text, computed across every calendar you have connected, with nothing to configure first. A line under the box says what was copied, shows your working-hours window, and links straight to adjusting it. Guide at /docs/availability.

Sign in with Apple
Continue with Apple joins Google, Microsoft, and email on the sign-in page, on the web and in the desktop app. Choose Hide My Email and Groupthink still creates a working account from the relay address. Guide at /docs/sign_in_options.
Action items catch the promises people phrase softly
Commitments come out in two tiers. The ones stated directly appear as action items. The softly phrased ones, like "just let me know" or "I'd love to," appear as suggestions you confirm or dismiss with a tap. When the owner is unclear, the item stays and shows up unassigned instead of getting dropped. And an empty recap now says there was nothing we were confident about, rather than asserting nothing happened.

Connect more than one Google account, pick which calendars to watch under each, and set notetaker auto-join calendar by calendar. Guide at /docs/google_calendar.
Ask about a relationship, with citations
Ask a question on any relationship page and the answer cites the meetings and saved facts it came from. Click a citation to jump to the source.

Assign speakers in your transcripts
When Groupthink labels a voice "Mic Speaker 1," click it and pick the participant. Every line that speaker said switches to their name, in the live meeting or on the recap. Guide at /docs/correcting_speakers.
