Check out Groupthink’s New Features: The Contribution Tracker and Dashboard

Ali Tyler

At Groupthink, we’re dedicated to helping you run more efficient meetings, but we also want to make sure that you are being recognized for all of the work that you do.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce two new features: the Dashboard and the Contribution Tracker. Though still in preview, these tools are packed with powerful features that you can use to streamline your workflow.

The Contribution Tracker: Get Recognized for Your Work

Ever feel like you’re doing a ton of work, but it’s not being seen? The Contribution Tracker ensures your efforts are visible. It logs everything from creating agenda items to attending and hosting meetings, making it easy to track your contributions.

View a timeline of your contributions over the past month and see your activity throughout the year with a heatmap. It is simple to track your involvement and see productivity patterns, ensuring your hard work gets noticed. You can also earn badges and be recognized for your achievements.

The Contribution Tracker is also a way for you to share information about yourself and learn more about your coworkers. By setting up your profile and adding a username, you can customize what is displayed in your Contribution Tracker. Now, with just a click, you and your coworkers can share your bio, collaboration style, website, social media profiles, and more!

This is just the beginning for the Contribution Tracker and we’d love your feedback! Try the Contribution Tracker today and let us know what additional features you’d like to see and any ideas you have. Your input will help us continue improving Groupthink to meet your needs.

The Dashboard: Your Central Hub

The Dashboard is your new go-to for managing meetings and staying on top of your work by making what’s relevant easy to access. Here’s what’s available:

  • View Upcoming Meetings: Quickly see all your scheduled meetings for today and tomorrow in one place, so you’ll always be prepared.
  • Last Week’s Meeting Recaps: Miss a meeting? No problem. The Dashboard links directly to recaps of meetings from the last week, keeping you informed.
  • Top 8: Revived from MySpace and optimized for work, the Dashboard shows the Top 8 people you collaborate with most often. Click on any of them to see their contributions and recent activity.
