Maximize Your Meetings with Automated Meeting Templates

Ali Tyler

Are your recurring meetings eating up your time without any clear outcomes? Without the right structure, these meetings can feel like a waste of time and leave important topics untouched or forgotten.

The solution is simple: create an agenda to make sure that recurring meetings stay on track and have a consistent structure. But, let’s be real- no one has the time or energy to create a unique meeting agenda for every recurring meeting. Luckily, this is easily solved with automated meeting templates, which Groupthink now offers.

Why Use Meeting Templates?

These meeting templates take the hassle out of recurring meetings by creating a clear and concise agenda, which will help keep everyone on track. Meeting templates also promote consistency and structure, so no one has to stress about what to prepare before each meeting. Plus, once you set them up for a recurring meeting, you’ll never have to think about it again, and can focus on more important tasks.

Templates are incredibly easy to implement; simply go to the agenda tab during a meeting, and you will see the option to add a template. Though custom templates are not currently available, you are able to add agenda items and customize each template to your liking.
