Relationship grid
Everyone you know, on one screen.
The grid is the center of Groupthink. Every person you have talked to, in a sortable, searchable table: how often you talk, when you last did, and what is next on the calendar. You never build it by hand. It fills itself from the conversations you are already having.
What you see
The columns that tell you who needs you.
Frequency
How often you actually talk to this person.
Status
Where the relationship stands right now.
Next meeting
What is on the calendar, linked straight to the overview.
Last interaction
Days since you last spoke, in any format.
Going cold
One click for the people slipping away.
Hit Going Cold in the toolbar and the grid filters down to the relationships that have gone quiet. It is the list you would never assemble yourself, and it is the reason people keep the grid open.
Where it comes from
It builds itself.
- Meetings Groupthink captured, on Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams
- Notes you paste in from anywhere, including another notetaker
- Photos, PDFs, voice memos, and text threads you hand it
- People you import from a roster, or add one at a time
Open any row and you get the whole arc with that person: every interaction, what was learned, and a suggested next move. See Relationship Intelligence for what is on a person page.
