Where the Upcoming Page Went

The Upcoming page, with the Prepare Agendas header, is no longer in Groupthink. Your upcoming meetings are on Today. Click Today in the sidebar. Old links to /dashboard and /calendar open Today too.

Finding your upcoming meetings

• Today opens on today's meetings. Use the › arrow to step forward a day at a time.
• Switch to Week or Month to see further ahead.
• On today's list, click a meeting to show its prep, then click Open agenda to open its agenda. On another day, click a meeting to open its agenda.

The meeting filter (All Meetings, Meetings with Others, Groupthink Attending) is gone. To check which meetings Groupthink will join, see your attendance setting in Today > Calendar & booking, or add Groupthink to a specific meeting.

Calendar sync

Groupthink syncs your calendar in the background. There is no manual Re-sync button on Today. One exception: if Google Calendar or Outlook stops listing your calendar, a Sync now button shows next to the status. The sync status in Today's header shows how current your calendar is:

Status	Meaning
Not Synced Yet	The calendar is connected but has never synced
Sync started at [time]	A sync has just been kicked off
Syncing...	A sync is in progress
Last Synced [timestamp]	The time of the last successful sync (hover for details)

Hover the status to see which calendar is syncing and a Change calendar settings link. To pull in new events right away, use Sync Now in the Calendars section of Calendar & booking. See Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook.

Recaps, transcripts and notes from meetings that already happened are under Recaps in the sidebar. For everything you owe across those meetings, open Action Items. See Action Items.
