Vision & roadmap

Relationships are the work that actually matters.

Nobody on their deathbed wishes they had spent more time prompting, coding, or optimizing. They wish they had been more present with the people who mattered. We have sophisticated tools for everything except the thing that matters most: showing up for the people in our lives.

The problem

We forget the details of the people we care about.

You remember how someone made you feel. But you forget what you promised them. You forget what they told you about their kid's soccer game, or the project that was stressing them out, or the idea they were excited about three months ago.

It is not because you do not care. It is because you have no system for caring. Your memory is unreliable. Your notes are scattered. Your calendar tells you when you are meeting someone but nothing about who they are to you or what you owe them.

The people who are best at relationships are not the ones with the best memories. They are the ones with the best systems. A chief of staff. A personal assistant. A journal kept for twenty years. Most of us have none of these.

What we believe

Every conversation is a chance to deepen a relationship. Most of that chance is wasted.

Relationships compound

The twentieth conversation with someone should be richer than the first. Every interaction adds to what you know about them, if you can hold onto it. Most people cannot.

Remembering is a form of respect

When you walk into a meeting and ask about the thing someone mentioned last time, the thing they did not think you would remember, that is when trust deepens.

The best tools are invisible

You should not have to maintain a system. You should just show up prepared, because something in the background has been paying attention on your behalf.

Who it is for

Anyone who wishes they were better at keeping up.

The consultant

You manage a portfolio of client relationships across months and years. Continuity is how you build trust.

The investor

You meet hundreds of people a year. The meaningful relationships are the ones where you remember what matters to them, not just their pitch.

The manager

Your 1:1s should build on each other. What your reports told you three weeks ago should inform how you show up today.

The account executive

Your clients can tell when you remember and when you do not. The deals that close are the ones where the relationship is real.

The founder

You are juggling investors, customers, partners, and team. Every relationship matters and none of them get enough of your attention.

The relationship-driven leader

You know your network is your edge. The people you stay genuinely connected to are where your next opportunities come from.

What is next

We are building toward a world where technology helps you be more human.

Relationship detail pages

A living profile for every person in your life. Full interaction history, what you know about them, what is unresolved, how the relationship has evolved.

Daily overview

A morning overview that tells you who you are meeting today, what you need to know, and who you have not talked to in a while.

Notes from anywhere

Bring notes from any source: Granola, native transcripts, pasted text, shared docs. Groupthink does not care how the conversation was captured. It cares about the people in it.

The relationship graph

Who knows whom, warm intro pathfinding, relationship health over time. Not a social network. A private map of your professional world that only you can see.

How we build

One founder. AI-native. Built with conviction.

Groupthink is built by a solo founder using AI as an engineering partner. The entire product, from the Laravel API to the Next.js frontend, desktop, and mobile apps, is developed and shipped by one person with Claude Code, at the velocity of a small team.

This is not a limitation. It is a choice. The product is shaped by one person's conviction that relationships are the most valuable thing in a professional life, and that technology should make us better at them, not worse. Every feature is tested in real consulting work before it ships.
