How to View Meeting Notes Shared With You

When you attend a meeting a Groupthink bot recorded, or someone shares one with you, the recap email arrives at the address on the calendar invite. The summary, decisions, and action items are right there in the email — no sign-in needed to read them.

To open the full transcript and recording, click the link in the email and sign in. Signing in is passwordless: enter your email, click the link we send back, and you're in. There's no password, and the account is created for you the first time a meeting is shared with you.

Troubleshooting

• Link expired? Sign-in links are single-use. Request a fresh one at agendas.groupthink.com/signin.
• Didn't get the link? Check spam, and use the same address the meeting was shared to. Still nothing? Email support@groupthink.com.
• Only seeing the summary? The full transcript and recording are behind the sign-in; the email itself carries just the highlights.
