User Settings
User Settings is where you manage your account, your calendar, billing, and the integrations that feed Groupthink. To open it, click your profile avatar in the top corner and choose User settings. You can also go straight there at app.groupthink.com/settings.
The page opens on the Profile tab by default. Each tab has its own deep link, so you can share a link that opens a specific tab (see Deep Links below).
Tabs
Profile
Update your display name and account details, and delete your account if you ever need to. Your name is how you appear to other people in Groupthink.

Calendar
Connect or manage your Google Calendar, and choose how Groupthink attends your meetings under How should Groupthink attend your meetings? This is what lets Groupthink see your schedule and join the right calls. For the full walkthrough, see Google Calendar.

Billing
View your current plan, see what is included, and manage your subscription and payment details.

Notifications
Control which notifications you receive and where, including calendar-aware push notifications and desktop notification preferences.

Ingestion
Bring in meetings from tools you already use. Paste notes from a Granola export, an Otter transcript, a Zoom AI recap, or any raw text, or forward recaps to your personal forwarding email address. Groupthink routes them to the right contact and updates your dossier.

Projects
Group meetings and intel into projects to keep your work, personal, and family context separate.

Bot
Set the bot identity, which is how the Groupthink notetaker appears when it joins a meeting on your behalf. You can set a display name and avatar, or leave fields blank to use your profile defaults.

Connections & Integrations
Connect outside services and route action items to GitHub Issues or Linear. Action item sync sends action items directly to the repo or team you configure on each connection.
- Deep link: app.groupthink.com/settings#connections
Webhooks
Create webhooks so Groupthink sends an HTTP POST to a URL you specify whenever a triggering event occurs. You choose which events fire the webhook.

API Keys
Add your own Anthropic API key to power meeting summaries with Claude instead of the default model.
